When you join the Hong Kong launch list, we collect your name, email address, any optional phone number you choose to provide, and your explicit consent to receive Pureis launch and pre-sale updates by email. Our website may also receive standard technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

We use launch-list information to manage registrations, send relevant Hong Kong launch, product progress and pre-sale communications by email, respond to enquiries, and improve the reliability and security of our website. An optional phone number is not used for promotional messaging without a separate opt-in.

Launch email is opt-in. You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct or delete your launch-list information by emailing privacy@pureis.life. You may also unsubscribe through a link in future Pureis emails.

Pureis does not sell launch-list information. We may use carefully selected service providers to host the website, store registration data and send communications. We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

This page is written for the current Pureis pre-sale and launch-list stage. It will be reviewed before paid orders, delivery and recurring replenishment services begin.
